At the very foundation of a child’s development is the bond he forms with his parents and caregivers.

When a child shares warm positive experiences with his or her parents – by being held, spoken to, comforted, played with and read to – these bonds grow stronger.

At Sandviks, we strive to foster this foundation by providing interactive, developmentally-suited books for children up to six years old.   Our books are designed to be engaging to both the child and the caregiver who are reading them.  We hope our books will be an important part of a daily, shared-reading regimen from which books… and reading… become a natural part of everyday life.  Then, through this bonding experience, an appreciation for books and a love of reading, a child experiences all the joy and learning that books provide and we have achieved our mission of enriching young minds.
